Player Warranty Extension
This page provides a quick overview of how to purchase a warranty extension for the HMP Players. Note that all SpinetiX players benefit from a warranty of 3 years starting from the date of sale of the player. Please review the warranty terms before your purchase. Then, follow the instructions below.
STEP 1: prepare the following required information -
✅ Your SpinetiX Customer ID
The SpinetiX Customer ID is a 12-character unique identifier that contains 3 groups of 4 alpha numeric character separated by hyphens and was provided to your organization by SpinetiX. It is found in your organization's "SpinetiX Approved Direct Customer Certificate". We need your Customer ID to correctly link the purchase with your company. If you do not have your Customer ID please contact store [at] spinetix.com.
✅ Player Serial Number
To find the serial number, turn the player over. The serial number is at the bottom side and comprises of 8 alphanumeric characters.
✅ Invoice date
Please let us know the date of the invoice when the player was sold to your customer.

STEP 3: get corresponding invoice -
Once the form is successfully submitted you will be notified by e-mail and our Store Team will follow-up with the corresponding invoice and the warranty extension certificate which you can hand-over to your customer confirming the warranty extension on the respective HMP SKUs.
